These luxurious, nice, and detached vacation villas for 4 people all have a unique view of the water. The luxurious villa offers lots of privacy, a high comfort level, and has a spacious, hardwood outdoor deck. All ingredients to enjoy an amazing time by the water.

The villas provide a very spacious feeling thanks to the high ceilings and large glass windows. They guarantee a view of the water and lots of natural light. In the villa itself you will find a modern, spacious living room, furnished with exclusive but comfortable furniture, such as a corner sofa, a dining area for four persons and a flat screen TV. A perfect place when you want to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game or simply watch a movie. In the modern kitchen you will find everything you need to show off your culinary skills, including a refrigerator-freezer combination, a hob with built-in extractor fan, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.

All of our villas have two bedrooms, both with two single box-spring beds, a private bathroom, and a flat screen TV in each room. Both bedrooms have ample storage space. When you arrive, we will have made the beds for you. The luxurious, spacious bathrooms are equipped with a rain shower.

Our villas are no-smoking and have WiFi. You can park a single car at the accommodation without any issues.

Die ruhige Lage direkt am Bootskanal und schönem Ausblick von der Terrasse. Es war alles da, was benötigt wurde und das Servicepaket mit Handtüchern, Bettwäsche und Spülutensilien und dem ersten Kaffee hat uns die Ankunft sehr angenehm gemacht:-) Die Anlage ist klein aber fein,, sehr sauber und von hier aus kann man viel unternehmen! Wir e pfehlen die Anlage sehr gerne weiter und kommen auch gerne wieder!

Der Aufenthalt war ein Traum. Das Haus ist superedel ausgestattet und die Anlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Alles ist gut durchdacht und der Blick aus der Glasfront zur Gracht unbezahlbar. Wir haben jeden Moment genossen und kommen sicherlich mal wieder.
