What time can I check in?

Check-in is possible from 15:00 to 17:30.

What time should I check out?

Check-out can be between 09:00 and 11:00.

Can I also check out later?

Yes, booking a late check-out is possible for a fee of €35. A late check-out means that you do not have to check out until 1:00 pm instead of 11:00 am.

Ask for the terms and conditions at the lobby.  

Can I also check in earlier?

Yes, booking an EarlyBird is possible for a fee of €35. EarlyBird means that you may check in as early as 1:00 pm instead of 3:00 pm. 

Ask for the conditions at the lobby. 

Can I check in after hours?

Yes, you need to discuss this with the lobby.

What are the opening hours of the park?

The park is open from April 1 to October 31. The lobby is open 7 days a week from 9 am to 6 pm.

Are the beds made on arrival?

Yes, the beds are made for you.

Should I pick up the linen upon departure?

Yes, upon departure all beds should be taken off. The linens are to be placed in one pillowcase in the hallway.

Are there towel packages/kitchen towel packages available?

Yes, you will receive a towel package per person. Consisting of 1 bath towel and 1 towel. For the kitchen you will receive a tea towel and towel. If you wish to extend these packages, please indicate this at the lobby.

Are there household items in the accommodation?

You will receive a welcome pack from us equipped with:

Is it possible to rent a crib and/or high chair?

Renting a crib is unfortunately not possible, a highchair is. The cost for a high chair is € 3,-- per night.

Will my accommodation be cleaned daily?

No, the accommodation is not cleaned in between.

Are there mosquito nets in the accommodation?

Some accommodation is equipped with mosquito nets. You can specify this in the additional facilities section in the booking process.

Are there accommodations specially equipped for disabled/impaired persons?

No unfortunately not.

Is there a washroom?

Yes, toilets, showers, sinks and washing machines/dryers are available (for a fee). 

Washing € 5,--.
Drying € 3,--.

Is there an AED at the park?

Yes, an AED is available at the park lobby. The staff present are also trained for this.

Is the park secured?

Our park is equipped with a barrier, which allows access only to authorized persons.

How do I redeem my voucher?

The email you received from us contains a unique voucher code. You need to enter this code when making an online reservation.

Is there internet / WIFI available?

Yes, each accommodation has its own router and network.

Is there parking available?

Yes, you have a private parking space at the accommodation for one car. Any additional cars can be parked across the road, at a cost of €3.

Can I bring my pet with me?

Yes, pets are allowed only in the pet-friendly accommodations with a maximum number of 2 per accommodation. If you bring a pet you are required to indicate it in the party when making the reservation. The cost is €5 per pet, per night.

There is also a dog walking strip available at the park. 

 

Can my pet run loose in the park?

No, this is not allowed. On the park and in the harbor, pets must be leashed.

Can I bring my pet into the Brasserie?

Unfortunately, you are not allowed to bring your pet into the Brasserie. Of course, it is allowed on the extensive terrace overlooking the beautiful marina.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, in accordance with article 12 of the general terms and conditions.

If cancelled up to 28 days before the day of arrival you will pay 25% cancellation fee. 
For cancellation from the 28th day before arrival or later, the entire reservation value will be considered a cancellation fee. 

When should I pay for my reservation?

All reservations booked more than 6 weeks prior to arrival require payment of 30% of the reservation. 

For reservations made within 6 weeks before arrival, the entire reservation must be paid. 

What are preferential charges?

These are the costs you have to pay if you choose a specific accommodation on the map. This cost is €27.50.

Are there facilities for children?  

Yes, we have a large climbing and playground equipment, a table tennis table and in the summer a water trampoline. During the vacation periods there is an entertainment program.

Can I rent bicycles or a boat?

Yes, you can rent e-bikes, tour bikes and e-bikes. We also rent e-choppers and boat rentals are available.

Can there be swimming?

Yes, there is a cordoned off swimming area with a beach at the park.

Is there a supermarket at the park?

No, but in the nearby village of Maurik itself there is a Jumbo.

Is there a restaurant at the park?

Yes, we have a Brasserie with terrace on the harbor.

Can I buy take away meals at the park?  

Yes, this is possible at Brasserie de Loswal.

Can I barbecue at my accommodation?

Yes, provided you use an electric barbecue. Charcoal and briquettes/open flames are not allowed.

Are there fishing opportunities?

Yes, fishing is very good at our park.

Where can I file my complaint?

Can my boat stay in the water during the winter?

Yes the boat may remain in the winter.

Can I access electricity at my berth?

Electricity is not included with the berth. You can purchase this for a fee of €40.00. For this you get a meter connection of 10 amps and 100 KwH.
