Thanks to the high windows, the 70 m² house feels wonderfully spacious and light. The nice living room has a wonderful sitting area with a TV, a large dining table, and a modern, open kitchen with a combination oven, a dishwasher, and an induction stove with an integrated extractor.

The two bedrooms both have box-spring beds and they both have a private bathroom with a rain shower. There is also a separate toilet.

Outdoor living by the water

Outside you can enjoy tranquility in a spacious yard with a dining table. Perfect for a long summer evening or a morning with coffee in the sunshine.

Sustainable and complete

The villa is fully electric and equipped with a heat pump, solar panels, and a private parking space. And good news: pets are welcome, so your four-legged friend can also enjoy this nice spot.

Das super moderne System. Einfacher Check-In, ohne Kontakt zur Lobby. pin Code für die Türe. Modernes Charlet und sehr groß. Der Park ist ein Traum. Der Supermarkt bietet alle möglichen Dinge.

Wir kennen die Anlage seit 2024. Haben bisher Camping mit unseren Wohnwagen gemacht. Dieses Jahr haben wir ein Ferienhaus gebucht und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der Strand ist auch sehr sauber und der Baulärm hat uns nicht zu sehr gestört. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier und werden die Anlage auch weiter empfehlen.

Direkte Wasserlage, Blick aufs IJsselmeer von Chalet Nr. 22, ruhige Umgebung und kurze Wege zum Strand. Tolle Umgebung für Fahrrad fahren, was wir zu genüge getan haben. 425 Fahrrad Kilometer sind zusammen gekommen. Um Workum herum sind wir durch jedes Dorf gefahren. Auch die Gewässer sind wir angefahren bzw. umfahren.

Prachtig huisje, heel compleet, netjes. Jammer dat de schuifpui in de woonkamer stuk was, het was prachtig weer en de deur kon niet open.
