Villa Meerzicht | 4 Pers. Roof Terrace

Stylish living on the IJsselmeer: luxury 4-person villa with roof terrace
This detached villa at MarinaPark Beach Resort Soal is the perfect place for a relaxing stay by the water. With the beach within walking distance, the cosy terraces of Workum just around the corner and plenty of comfort indoors, this is what a holiday should feel like.

Light, luxury and comfort
Thanks to the tall windows, the 70 m² villa feels wonderfully spacious and bright. The inviting living room features a comfortable seating area with TV, a large dining table and a modern open-plan kitchen with combination oven, dishwasher and induction hob with integrated extractor.
Both bedrooms have box spring beds and their own bathroom with rain shower. There is also a separate toilet.

Outdoor living: garden and roof terrace
The spacious garden with dining table is the perfect spot for a morning coffee in the sun or a long summer evening. Fancy a change of scenery? Head up to your private roof terrace: an extra outdoor space, all to yourself. Ideal for a sunset drink or a quiet moment with a good book.

Sustainable and fully equipped
The villa is fully electric, with a heat pump, solar panels and a private parking space. And good news: pets are welcome, so your four-legged friend can enjoy the stay too.

The park and surroundings
MarinaPark Beach Resort Soal is located right on the IJsselmeer, with a marina, beach, sports field, playgrounds, supermarket and places to eat all close at hand.
Discover the historic town of Workum just 2 kilometres away, or explore the surrounding nature with its lakes, woods and Frisian villages. Water sports, culture or simply doing nothing at all: it’s all possible here.
