This detached villa at MarinaPark Beach Resort Soal is the perfect spot for a relaxing stay by the water. With the beach within walking distance, nice patios around the corner in Workum, and plenty of comfort in the house, you can spend your vacation here the way vacation is meant to be.

Light, luxury, and comfort

Thanks to the high windows, the 70 m² house feels wonderfully spacious and light. The nice living room has a wonderful sitting area with a TV, a large dining table, and a modern, open kitchen with a combination oven, a dishwasher, and an induction stove with an integrated extractor.

The two bedrooms both have box-spring beds and they both have a private bathroom with a rain shower. There is also a separate toilet.

Outdoor living by the water

Outside you can enjoy tranquility in a spacious yard with a dining table. Perfect for a long summer evening or a morning with coffee in the sunshine.

Sustainable and complete

The villa is fully electric and equipped with a heat pump, solar panels, and a private parking space. And good news: pets are welcome, so your four-legged friend can also enjoy this nice spot.

    Het huisje was prettig ingericht, qua kleuren en comfort. Er is aandacht besteed aan de inrichting van het park, bv. bij de tuinen rondom de appartementen, met een beetje glooiend landschap. Dat staat leuk en geeft ook een strandgevoel.

    Sehr schöne Villa in bevorzugter Lage! Sehr angenehm auch der Supermarkt für frische, leckere Brötchen morgens und allem, was man zum Frühstück braucht! Besonders gefallen hat uns auch der Strandpavillon, sehr gemütlich, gutes Essen und man brauchte nicht mit dem Auto zum Essen fahren! Sehr nette Mitarbeiterinnen an der Leine Lobby und sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter!
