This modern L-shaped villa at MarinaPark Beach Resort Soal is the ideal spot for a relaxing vacation with the whole family or a group of friends. With three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious roof patio, there is plenty of room for being together and privacy.

Light, space, and comfort

The 70 m² villa feels spacious and open thanks to the large windows. In the living room, you will find a nice sitting area with a TV and a large dining table. The open kitchen is modern and complete, equipped with an induction stove with an integrated extractor, a combination oven, and a dishwasher – everything you need to cook together easily.

There are three bedrooms: one with a private bathroom ensuite and two other rooms with comfortable beds and ample storage space. The second bathroom is separate and has a luxurious walk-in rain shower. A separate toilet provides extra convenience.|

Outdoor living in style

Enjoy outdoor living in the spacious yard with a lounge set and a dining table or retreat to the large roof patio with lounge chairs – a wonderful spot to relax in the sunshine or enjoy the fresh outdoor air in the evening.

Sustainable and fully equipped

Die Nähe zum Strand. Das Team der Rezeption ist super toll und Mega Hilfsbereit. Man hat uns in einer schwierigen Situation sehr schnell weitergeholfen.

Das Appartement war sehr schön eingerichtet und mit vielem ausgestattet, was den Urlaub verschönert. Die Garten ist bestimmt schön, wenn er richtig eingewachsen ist. Die Insektentüren waren ganz toll, so hatte man keine Mücken in seinen Räumen. Die Klimaanlage war auch ganz toll, da es sich sonst durch das viele Glas schnell aufheizt.

Sehr saubere Anlage . Leider ließ das Haus von außen zu wünschen übrig. Sehr viel Spinnweben. Die Dachterrasse war sehr dreckig mit ganz ganz vielen Spinnen. Bei Angst vor Spinnen nicht so schön. War für mich nicht zu betreten. Die Klimaanlage konnte nicht eingestellt bzw. angestellt werden.
