This detached villa at MarinaPark Beach Resort Soal is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing stay by the water. With the beach nearby, plenty of space inside, and the charming town of Workum close at hand, this is the perfect place to make lasting memories together.

Space and light for six

The 70 m² villa is cleverly laid out with three bedrooms – two with comfortable box-spring beds and a third with two single beds. The master bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom, and there is also a second bathroom with a spacious walk-in rain shower, plus a separate toilet for extra convenience.

The cosy living room includes a seating area with TV, a dining table, and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob with integrated extractor, combi oven, and dishwasher – ideal for relaxed cooking together.


Enjoy the garden

The villa is surrounded by a spacious garden, complete with a dining table. Whether you’re enjoying a sunny meal, reading a book, or watching the kids play – outdoor life doesn’t get better than this.

Sustainable and practical

Like the other villas in the park, this one is fully electric, fitted with a heat pump, solar panels, and a private parking space. Even better: pets are welcome, so your loyal companion can join in on the fun.

    -Zeer modern, prachtig ingericht huisje met heerlijk zittende meubels! -Schoon!! -Heel fijn dat de bedden waren opgemaakt bij aankomst. -Prachtige ligging aan het strand! -Code bij de voordeur heel fijn! Veel beter dan een sleutel of pasje. Gewoon de deur achter je dicht trekken en geen stress waar de sleutel/pasje is. -Net, schoon en prachtig park. Hoewel nog in aanleg (zie tips) zagen we wel hoe het gaat worden en dat is prachtig! -Personeel in de lobby heel vriendelijk! -Fijn dat de radiatoren ook konden koelen. -Uitchecktijd van uiterlijk 11.00u heel fijn. Dat geeft echt meer ruimte in de ochtend. -Welkomspakketje voor de honden was heel lief! Ze hebben genoten van hun balletje en het snoepje :) We hebben een hele fijne vakantie bij jullie gehad en komen zeker nog eens terug!!

    Vlakbij het IJsselmeer, gezellig, knusse ingerichte chalets, comfortabele meubels, goede douche (straal, kracht), Workum nabij, wandelmogelijkheden, mogelijkheid tot fietshuur, en een supermarkt op het terrein, zeer vriendelijk personeel

    Eine sehr schöne neue Anlage in direkter Strandlage. Nach Workum läuft man eine gute halbe Stunde. Es gibt auch herrliche Radwege in alleRichtungen. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Betten sehr bequem, Küche mit allem was man braucht. Es könnten ein paar mehr Kleiderbügel in den Schränken sein. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht und kommen sicher wieder. Wir empfehlen die Anlage gerne weiter 👌.
