Our luxurious, attractive and detached holiday villas for 4 people all have a unique view of the water and/or one of the marinas. The luxurious villa offers a lot of privacy, a high level of comfort and has a spacious hardwood outdoor terrace. All the ingredients for the ultimate experience on the water.

The villas have a very spacious feel due to the high ceilings and large glass windows. This guarantees a view of the water and a lot of light. In the villa itself you will find a modern, spacious living room, furnished with a stylish sofa, comfortable armchairs, a dining area for 4 people and a large flat screen TV. A perfect place if you want to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game or simply watch a movie. In the modern kitchen you will find everything you need to show your culinary skills, including a fridge-freezer, hob with built-in extractor fan, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.

All our villas have two bedrooms, both with 2 single box springs and a flat screen TV in each room. Both bedrooms have ample storage options. On arrival we will have made the beds for you. The luxurious, spacious bathroom has a double sink, rain shower and toilet. From the living room you have access to the beautifully landscaped hardwood terrace and the adjacent lawn. Here you will find a comfortable dining table for 4 people and a parasol. And if you have your own boat, you can easily walk to the harbor and sail directly onto the Lower Rhine. Our villas are non-smoking, equipped with WiFi and indoor storage. You can park one car at the accommodation without any problems.

ik denk de 8e keer dat we op dit park zijn. vroege check in, schoon huisje en geweldige locatie. e shopper ritje gemaakt en eten afgehaald. bij de receptie en onderhoudsdienst alleen maar vriendelijke mensen. Alles wat je vraagt wordt snel geregeld. Hopelijk gaan we in September weer.

Wir wurden sehr nett in der Lobby empfangen. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen wurde uns dort ebenfalls stets freundlich und sofort geholfen. Das Haus war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und wir haben uns darin sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn man vom Haus aus einen direkten Blick aufs Wasser hat, ist es noch schöner auf der Terrasse zu sitzen. Außerdem ist uns die Ruhe nachts sehr positiv aufgefallen.
