Thanks to the high ceilings and large windows, you have a full view of the water from the living room, while daylight fills the space. The atmospheric living room offers a comfortable seating area, a dining area for 4 people, and a flat-screen TV. Whether you are sitting at the table together for an elaborate dinner, playing a game, or simply relaxing with a movie, it immediately feels like a holiday here.

The modern open kitchen is fully equipped for a carefree stay. You will find a fridge-freezer, hob with integrated extractor hood, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Comfortable sleeping
The villa has two bedrooms, each furnished with two single box-spring beds and a private flat-screen TV. The beds are already made up for you upon arrival. The luxurious bathroom features a double sink, a rain shower, and a toilet.

Outdoors by the water
From the living room, you step straight onto the hardwood terrace. With a dining table for 4 people and a parasol, this is the perfect spot for a relaxed breakfast or long evenings outdoors while the water glistens before you. Do you have your own boat? The marina is within walking distance, and from there you can sail straight onto the Nederrijn. The villa is non-smoking, equipped with Wi-Fi, an indoor storage unit, and a private parking space.

Park and surroundings
MarinaPark Bad Nederrijn is situated directly on the Nederrijn in Maurik, in the heart of the Betuwe. At the park, you can enjoy a recreational lake with a beach, a cozy brasserie, bicycle rental, a marina, and plenty of activities for children. The surrounding area is worth exploring: cycle along dikes and orchards, visit the fortified town of Buren, try your hand at water sports on the Nederrijn, or take a day trip to Ouwehands Zoo, just 13 km away. If you cross the river, the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park is right on your doorstep.

    Hübsche Unterkunft mit tollem Blick, sehr sauber geputzt, beide Betten in beiden Schlafzimmern bezogen obwohl wir nur zu zweit waren. Die Kommunikation mit der Lobby bei Fragen war stets sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Die Mitarbeitenden im Park waren stetig damit beschäftigt, die Grünflächen zu pflegen, die Gebäude von außen zu reinigen (z. B. die Fliegengitter abzuputzen und die Terrassen abzukehren) und auch hier waren alle sehr freundlich und nett. Es war ein Urlaub für Auge, Seele und Körper.

    Gewoon een top locatie! Super mooi huisje met alle voorzieningen! Alleen jammer dat er geen supermarkt aanwezig is! Heerlijk gegeten en genoten van hun eigen gemaakte producten zoals de aoli het brood en verder was alles heerlijk

    Wij hebben het prima naar ons zin gehad in het huisje op het park. Wat ik wel jammer vond dat het huisje aan het water niet echt met uitzicht was op vrij water zoals de fotos op de site en de beschrijving doet lijken! Dat was wel ff een domper toen we in een huisje kwamen met uitzicht op het kleine haventje. Maar verder was het prima. De boel fijn schoon. Gezellig in gericht met alles dr op. Goede tv s en wifi. Mooi park. Leuk restaurant. We zijn er heerlijk uit geweest!

    Die Bungalows waren sehr schön eingerichtet und es war alles da, was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Es war eine himmlische Ruhe und der Blick aus Wasser beruhigt Körper und Geist.

    Sehr gut! Nur die Terrassentür war ein wenig nervig, ist immer aus der „Angel“ gegangen, so das ein Hausmeister/Handwerker es wieder beheben musste!

    De omgeving en het park is een aanrader, vooral de ligging van het huisje en het restaurant (goeie verse monchou en bokkenpootjes taart) op het park. Ben zelf van mening in het huisje waar wij zaten dat een goeie schoonmaak beurt geen kwaad kan. Is echt nodig.
