Our luxurious, attractive and detached holiday villas for 4 people all have a unique view of the water and/or one of the marinas. The luxurious villa offers a lot of privacy, a high level of comfort and has a spacious hardwood outdoor terrace. All the ingredients for the ultimate experience on the water.

The villas have a very spacious feel due to the high ceilings and large glass windows. This guarantees a view of the water and a lot of light. In the villa itself you will find a modern, spacious living room, furnished with a stylish sofa, comfortable armchairs, a dining area for 4 people and a large flat screen TV. A perfect place if you want to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game or simply watch a movie. In the modern kitchen you will find everything you need to show your culinary skills, including a fridge-freezer, hob with built-in extractor fan, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.

All our villas have two bedrooms, both with 2 single box springs and a flat screen TV in each room. Both bedrooms have ample storage options. On arrival we will have made the beds for you. The luxurious, spacious bathroom has a double sink, rain shower and toilet. From the living room you have access to the beautifully landscaped hardwood terrace and the adjacent lawn. Here you will find a comfortable dining table for 4 people and a parasol. And if you have your own boat, you can easily walk to the harbor and sail directly onto the Lower Rhine. Our villas are non-smoking, equipped with WiFi and indoor storage. You can park one car at the accommodation without any problems.

Die Parkanlage ist wunderschön und ruhig. Wir hatten einen Bungalow direkt am Wasser, die Aussicht war richtig gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Servicepersonal war hervorragend.

Unsere Villa hatte eine wunderbare Lage direkt am Wasser. Die Ausstattung ist sehr edel und gemütlich. Die Aussicht aus den Panoramafenstern war wunderbar. Außerdem war es wirklich angenehm, dass die Villen versetzt stehen und dadurch die Terrasse sehr privat ist. Unsere Hündin hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, ruhug und angenehm. Gute Informationen im Vorfeld und beim check in. Das Haus war sehr gut und modern eingerichtet. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Der Versatz zu den Nachbarhäusern gewährt einen ( fast ) ungestörten Aufenthalt. Herrliche Aussicht auf den Hafen und den Niederrhein.

Mooi uizicht! Mooi huis, alleen jammer dat de horden voor de spinnen en vliegen en zo voor op 1 slaapkamer kapot is mag wel meer hord voor de spinnen voor de andere slaapkamer en badkamer! Verder is het een mooie park! Wij zijn heel tevreden! We komen zeker weer een keer terug als het kan in het zelfde huis!!
