Our luxurious, attractive and detached holiday villas for 4 people all have a unique view of the water and/or one of the marinas. The luxurious villa offers a lot of privacy, a high level of comfort and has a spacious hardwood outdoor terrace. All the ingredients for the ultimate experience on the water.

The villas have a very spacious feel due to the high ceilings and large glass windows. This guarantees a view of the water and a lot of light. In the villa itself you will find a modern, spacious living room, furnished with a stylish sofa, comfortable armchairs, a dining area for 4 people and a large flat screen TV. A perfect place if you want to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game or simply watch a movie. In the modern kitchen you will find everything you need to show your culinary skills, including a fridge-freezer, hob with built-in extractor fan, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.

All our villas have two bedrooms, both with 2 single box springs and a flat screen TV in each room. Both bedrooms have ample storage options. On arrival we will have made the beds for you. The luxurious, spacious bathroom has a double sink, rain shower and toilet. From the living room you have access to the beautifully landscaped hardwood terrace and the adjacent lawn. Here you will find a comfortable dining table for 4 people and a parasol. And if you have your own boat, you can easily walk to the harbor and sail directly onto the Lower Rhine. Our villas are non-smoking, equipped with WiFi and indoor storage. You can park one car at the accommodation without any problems.

Het was weer als van ouds, Vond het alleen minder prettig dat we tegenover n speeltuintje zaten en andere kant het kinder zwemgedeelte Nr 28 was veeeeel beter die hadden we de vorige keer

Een heerlijke vakantie gehad,komen vast nog eens weer. Het eerste huisje viel qua ligging voor onze dochter met beperking wat tegen,maar werd geweldig opgelost en kregen we een huisje aan het water waar we allemaal geweldig van hebben kunnen genieten.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und modern . Die Einrichtung ist im Top Zustand und sehr schön. Alle Geräte funktionierten. Die Lage und Aussicht am Wasser war perfekt. Sehr ruhig und angenehm. Die ausgebauten Fahrradwege perfekt und die Umgebung sehr idyllisch mit vielen schönen Häusern und Höfen.

De plek waar wij zaten was echt heel mooi! Huisje nummer 28 zag er van binnen netjes uit Alleen de spiegel in de gang hing net wat te hoog waardoor deze alleen te gebruiken was voor langen mensen. Tip pas dit aan.
